I have a dear friend from Tripoli who was studying in Scotland a few years ago. He was working for the Central Bank of Libya and was sent to China with some colleagues to learn about the economy and then to Scotland to study English so that he would be better at his job. This was all paid for by the Libyan Government. I can’t imagine David Cameron doing that. I have been told by a number of Libyans that col. Ghadaffi looks after his people, his soldiers training in the desert even have cinemas in their tents. I do think the media is being bias and that he has many, many supporters out there.
